RWC provides innovative solutions through experience and collaboration and focus on delivering results that make our customers successful. That success comes from efficient teamwork and dedication. Our project teams provide vital roles and consist of engineers, builders, electricians, technicians, project managers, and, most importantly, the customer.
Material Handling
Material handling systems in automated manufacturing improve efficiency and reduce manual labor. Examples include conveyor belts, AGVs, and robotic arms. AGVs move material autonomously, while conveyor belts transport material and robotic arms handle and manipulate material and products precisely. These systems reduce errors and waste, improve safety, and increase production speed.
Product Efficiency
Automation boosts assembly line productivity, cuts labor costs, increases safety and offers flexibility for producing a broad range of products.
Cost Reduction
Efficient parts production reduces costs by using fewer resources, minimizing waste and defects. This leads to quicker production and lower costs per part, resulting in significant savings. Furthermore, efficiency can lower costs elsewhere in the supply chain by reducing inventory size and mitigating rework or warranty claims.
Space Limitations in Production Line
Systems can be designed around the space available in the area of your assembly line where the item is introduced.
